Company History

Professional Services of America, Inc. was formed in 1989 when Accumark and Plastic Source Alternatives were merged into Professional Services of America, Inc. (PSA).   The merger of these two companies forming Professional Services of America, Inc. began a 28+ year business success in Human Resources Solutions.

In 2004, PSA was certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business.  PSA modified its business strategy and started working very closely with the Government.  PSA has shown a phenomenal growth rate during the last few years.  In 2013, PSA graduated from the 8(a) program.   During the same year, PSA obtained a SeaPort-e prime contractor certification. In 2017 PSA obtained Certification as a Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concern (SBC).

Over the years, PSA has developed into one of the leading support services provider to the government and private sector built around an excellent record of service and commitment to its clients.
